Coach Chris shows you 5 exercises you can do using zero equipment (just grab some furniture sliders or val-slides if you have some). These bodyweight movements if done intensely and with regularity can produce some serious gains for that chest area.

You can even use this 5 minute routine as a finisher at the end of your chest workout!

1. Muscle Activation - Pectoral Squeeze
2. Push-Up to Shoulder Tap
3. Val-Slide Push Up
4. Walking High Plank
5. Push-Pull Finisher

Sets, Reps & Time will vary. Perform as many rounds as you like.
