If you want a flat
belly, should you do direct ab exercises, or some other type of workout? The answer is, of course, it depends...
If you are Core Type KA, you'll want to do plenty of direct ab including planks for the best, fastest results. If you are a Core Type LP, however, you are going to want to completely avoid planks and instead focus on core re-activation.
