Here's what's included every month:

1. The Initial Detailed Client Questionnaire – This is a detailed document that we have you fill out right at the beginning with your information so that I can build you a truly individualized training and nutrition program custom-tailored for your body and your needs. Once I receive your questionnaire back, I'll begin crafting your program. Because this is a truly PERSONALIZED workout, diet and supplement plan, please allow 5-7 days for me to get your first phase ready for you. This is how I get you RESULTS that no cookie-cutter program could ever produce.

2. YOUR Custom Diet – Nutritionally, I'll start with a “base diet” that is tailored to your goals, training plan, and desired meal frequency. From there, I'll make small tweaks whenever needed, to ensure you’re making progress toward your end goal.

I prefer continual small tweaks over complete dietary overhauls because it allows me to see which changes actually affect your body and how. If I change everything at once nutritionally, then I'll never really know what’s responsible for the change in your physique. Makes sense, right? I want our time together to be EMPOWERING so you will finally figure out exactly what methods work best for YOU.

3. YOUR Monthly Custom Workout – Receiving you new workout each month will feel like Christmas morning. Every detail will be progressed based on your previous phase and you'll be BLOWN AWAY by my program design skills. If you think you've tried every workout in the book, think again! Get ready for the workouts of your life. Also, another perk my clients love is that I will have your next phase ready about 3-5 days before you need to start it so your training will never be interrupted and you'll have adequate time to review it, email me any questions and ensure you transition from phase to phase perfectly.

4. YOUR Monthly Supplement Stacks – My clients have told me that this one aspect of the program is worth the entire cost of being a client as I'll steer you away from products that are a complete waste of your money. Oftentimes I'll scale down your supplementation considerably while saving you a boatload in the process. Supplements are not a mandatory part of the program but alongside your diet I"ll include a supplement plan to help you achieve your results even faster and these recommendations will be based on your goals, budget and what you have available in your country.

5. Unlimited Email Support – Every single day you are a client, you will also get unlimited email support directly from me (this is not outsourced to an assistant or anything lame like that) where you’ll be able to email me any questions about your program at any time, or just regular “check-ins” for accountability, or even if you just need me to light a fire under your butt to go out there and dominate. I"m here for you to ENSURE you succeed…every day.

6. Monitored Assessments – NOT A SINGLE DECISION about your program will be made without hearing your feedback. All of your programming adjustments will be made based on how you're progressing to ensure you’re ALWAYS making positive, continual, forward progress each and every week.
