This workout focuses mainly on the muscles of the upper body but as you will see, there are plenty of moves requiring the entire body.

If you are new to training, proceed carefully and begin with lighter loads.

Below is the entire workout program.

WORKOUT - Upper Body Focus - 3 Rounds per Circuit - Reps vary

Circuit 1 - Mobility
1. Turf Drills - butt kicks, drum majors, baseball shuffle, karaoke, power skips etc...
2. TRX/Suspension Straps -
3 Moves

Circuit 2 - Stability & Strength
1. Landmine Press
2. Hammer Strength 1 Arm High Pull
3. Incline Barbell Press - rack
4. Farmer's Carry with Kettlebells

Circuit 3 - Bodybuilding
1. Free Motion Curl & Extension
2. TRX/Suspension Rows
3. Dips 4. Incline DB Curls

Circuit 4 - CORE
1. Wall Ball with Squats
2. Side Plank Holds (straight arm - raise top leg)
3. MB Slams 4. Deadbugs

FINISHER - 3 Rounds Each
Sled Drag - Down & Back
Battle Ropes - 100 Reps
Hurricane (Swing) Med Ball - 20-30 secs
