Protein: it turns into fat or… builds muscle with → THIS

Or your worst enemy.
And there’s ONE THING that makes all the difference.
Can you guess what it is?
Before I tell you, let me break down how protein can
become “rogue” and toxic in your body.
Reason #1 - Too much protein consumed (at the wrong times)
can be insulinogenic.
One study showed that whey protein can create
a bigger insulin spike than white bread.
I recently did a small experiment.
I was fasted, did a workout and I drank a bottle of Labrada’s protein
(tasted damn good), but HOLY SHIT…my blood sugar hit 130 in no time.
That was really eye opening for me.
Massive insulin spikes at the wrong time can be trouble
and create excess body fat; especially if you fall prey to
the next mistake...
Reason #2 - Not being able to digest all the protein you consume.
Because undigested protein putrefies in your gut, attracting toxic
microbes and turning your digestive system into a breeding ground
for pathogens.
This in turn taxes your blood, kidneys and liver.
So if you find yourself consuming more and more protein
but NOT seeing gains--and especially if you notice your
health or digestion getting worse... or more bloating and gas...
... then you really need to pay close attention.
Because there IS a way to efficiently convert all the protein
you consume into rocket fuel for your muscles... speeding
you to massive gains in size, strength and recovery.
The secret is simple: protein-digesting enzymes.
You see, enzymes are the workforce that take grams
of protein consumed and “disassembles” them into
usable amino acids.
Without enough enzymes, a huge portion of the protein you
eat or drink gets flushed down the drain.
Especially because any food heated over 114 degrees loses
its own enzymes, meaning they must come from our body.
And even more importantly because -- as we move beyond our
early 20’s -- our enzyme levels begin to diminish massively.
Fortunately, my friend Wade T. Lightheart -- a former bodybuilder --
introduced me to protein-digesting enzyme formula, called MassZymes.
It’s BY FAR the best protein-digesting enzyme I’ve ever tried, hands down.
You can learn how Wade uses it to maintain his size and strength
while consuming far around 85 grams of vegetarian protein right here.
As you do that, there’s something else you need to consider...
Years of consuming more protein than one has enzymes to
digest has given most strong men, bodybuilders and fitness
people VERY weak gut health.
Bloating, indigestion and puffiness has become rampant--especially
in the midsection.
That’s where probiotics come in -- because probiotics are beneficial
bacteria that heal your gut, improve your digestion and help you
maximize gains from your protein.
The probiotics are called P3-OM and they have a powerful
combo effect with MassZymes that enable you to digest and
assimilate more protein for better gains.
This is because they BOTH break down protein to improve absorption.
Bottom line: MassZymes, when taken WITH P3-OM creates a
STRONGER chemistry than taking one without the other.
They are the ultimate 1-2 punch in helping you transform every
bit of food... every gram of protein... every day... into massive
slabs of rock hard muscle.
P3-OM will repair your weakened gut, remove toxic invaders
and supercharge your digestive environment... and then...
MassZymes will break down your protein far more efficiently,
so your muscles are flooded with amino acids at the right time,
in the right amounts, 24/7.
Combined with training, that’s all you need.
Correct those two aspects and your protein digestion will rapidly take
your size and strength gains to a level you’ve never imagined possible.
Go here to read Wade’s amazing story and discover how
MassZymes and P3-OM can fix your protein digestion forever.
You’ll thank me once you see the gains.
Keep training hard,
Mike Westerdal
