The King Tut Method That Spikes Growth Hormone

It’s one of the best ways to burn fat.
The metabolic wave from intense weight training goes on for hours after exercise, and your body runs in high gear the whole time, burning extra fat to replenish the energy in your muscles… to rebuild glucose stores… and to repair muscle tissue.
You burn way more fat recovering from intense weight training than you ever will on the treadmill. It's one of the great hidden tricks to weight loss because it has such a prolonged metabolic effect afterwards.
Resistance training builds your body and keeps you burning fat, but unfortunately most people do NOT know how to hit the intensity levels necessary to create this after-effect.
Below is one of over a dozen methods found inside my great friend, John Rowley’s Old School Body Hacks that will show you how to take your fat burning to a whole new level when lifting weights.
The King Tut Method
• Set 1: Pick a weight with which you can get 15 repetitions, but only do 10 (this
set will not be taxing). Rest 30 seconds.
• Set 2: Do 10 more repetitions with the same weight. Rest 30 seconds.
• Set 3: Do 10 more repetitions with the same weight. Rest 30 seconds.
• Set 4: Do as many repetitions as you can-- until you can't do another.
By the time you get to your 3 rd and 4 th set your body will release massive amounts of lactate, a precursor to increasing growth hormone levels.
You see, every cell in your body has an “internal clock” that accelerates as you age.
Using methods like the King Tut protocol above is how you can perform a “metabolic reset” reversing the aging of your cells, winding your internal clock backwards.
