I definitely have less energy around 3 pm than I do any other time of the day.
Sometimes I counter that by having more coffee.
That actually just makes the problem worse.
You see the more coffee and stimulants you take to force your body to have energy the more you burn out your adrenal glands.
I know because I had a test done and it showed that I had stage IV adrenal fatigue a couple years ago.
I started implementing the 3 resets below and it made a world of a difference for me.
