While I’m not a fan of fear-mongering to promote action, here’s the problem with your ugly belly bulge…

Excess body fat (anything over 12% body fat for a male) actually converts the king of all hormones, testosterone, into the female hormone… estrogen!

 

When you’re under 12% body fat as a male or 22% as a female, this is not much of a problem…
 

But at elevated body fat percentages... it becomes a VERY big problem.

So if you’re currently over 12% body fat I recommend your very first course of action to be decreasing your body fat down under 12% if you’re a male and 22% if you’re a female. Visually, you should be able to see your top 4 abdominals clearly in the mirror.
