Have you ever been told that you need to do endless reps of sit-ups and crunches in order to get 6-pack abs?

That advice couldn't be further from the truth.  It's a shame that some personal trainers still push outdated training techniques DECADES after top strength & conditioning coaches have abandoned crunches.

If you're like most people and you sit too much and it's hard on your lower back and causes aches and pains, then why in the world would you lay on the ground and crank your spine over and over into the same position you sit in?  You wouldn't!
