30 Days to Your High School Body

There are many signs of health; the external signs are at least as important as the internal, more often than not. Yet, many health professionals focus on 'numbers' and 'data' to help you determine if you're in good health. I've got a better test for you: Do you look and feel as good as you did in high school?
If your body isn't what it once was, then every time you look in the mirror, you'll know the 'insides' of your body are breaking down, too. Let's stop kidding ourselves. Body image is a great measurement tool, and it's a lot easier than paying attention to a bunch of data we're 'told' is important.
You can see what kind of shape you're in. Begin there. Get your high school body back (or if you weren't pleased with your body then, get someone else's.) This isn't 'only' about aesthetics. It's about using body-image to guide your health, while increasing confidence, sex drive, and longevity at the same time.
