Here's Why You Should NEVER Give Up!
by Mike Gillette, Chief Instructor Strength Psychology

People often ask why I do things like Bend Steel Bars,
Smash a stack of Flaming Concrete Blocks, or Roll up
a Frying Pans with my bare hands.

The answer is: to Demonstrate a physical manifestation
of Mental Mastery.

You see, a Strong Mind Equals a Strong Body. Combine
that with superior skills and that equals Strong results
in real life.

It means doing what you thought was impossible.

Doing the impossible may mean many things to you.

It could mastering a Martial Art for self-defense and personal
empowerment, or CONQUERING FEAR to get your Goals.

It might be bringing up a Strong and Successful Family, and
growing your Business to fill your bank account.

Or Transforming into a Person of Power in your own right,
once and for all.

Whatever the "impossible" might mean to you, please know
this: it IS Possible, and you really can achieve it.

The Key is to stay focused on your intention and NEVER GIVE UP.

That's how I overcame a poor and frightening childhood and a
broken back to becoming a Guiness World Record Holder and
Self Defense and Security professional - all of which required
the OPPOSITE of Fear.

If I can do it, you can do it.

How?

By "Following The Heat"

What does that mean?

While explaining the art of bending steel, master bar-bender
Erik Vining said the aspiring bender should “Follow the Heat.”

This refers to focusing on the area of a steel bar that has just
started to bend.

The bending process produces heat within the steel, so to
“Follow the heat”, means to focus your efforts where they’re
producing results, and above all, it means to KEEP GOING.

The reason for this is that once you stop, the steel goes cold,
and you'll have to start all over.

Sound familiar?

How many times do we quit on things, right at the critical moment
when our efforts are about to produce something amazing?

When struggles are at their hardest, even if it actually hurts to go
on, keep going.

Produce some “heat” of your own. Let the heat lead you.

“Follow the heat” and you may be Amazed at where you might
end up!

Mike Gillette
