What are you willing to "fight" for?

Published: Tue, 06/28/16

You need to really get solid on what it is that
you are willing to fight for.

If there is something you're willing to fight for..
....your own safety,  safety of a loved one, the
safety of an innocent passer by than you also
need to go the next step beyond that.

You'll need to think about what you're willing
to do physically to make those things happen.

Wherever you fall on that spectrum you need
to prepare yourself mentally & physically.

Do what you need to do to stay safe and live
the life you want to live.

Former SWAT Commander & Executive Body
Guard Mike Gillette & put together this YouTube
video for us.

It's called:  Become Dangerous <---Click to Play

If you found the above video helpful, you can get the
full DVD at the link below.  Be warned this footage
is not "sexy" or "cool".  Fancy martial arts moves aren't
going to work in real life when the pressure is on and
the stakes are high.

Gillette's DVD is about surviving....with little experience
or practice.  Personally I find the instruction very
realistic and not only will it help you, but it's something
you can give your spouse or daughter leaving for college.

Coach Chris and I met up with Mike at one of his feats
of strength shows at a church in Bradenton, FL.
He gave me a copy of the DVD.  We watched it today
and had to get the word out.

Keep training hard,
