So how did he do it?
Well, in addition to earning multiple Black Belts, Scott was trained by one of Bruce Lee;s original students.One of the fundamentals of Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's Martial Art) is a principle called "economy of motion". It means "nearest weapon to the nearest target";, or "maximum damage with minimum effort" - basically, getting maxium gains for the least amount of effort necessary.
After years of hitting the wall in frustration, Scott had a light-switch moment - why not apply the same principles to bodybuilding?
So he broke it down the same way he would dismantle an attacker and made some amazing discoveries he put into a new program called Alpha Strength.Scott says "Alpha" means to Lead, and it also means to "Attack" - as in Attack that muscle so it grows!
After all, as men, our job is to protect and provide, right?
