PALEO conspiracy?
Published: Fri, 05/13/16
I’m all in favor of eating more real foods and I think the paleo movement has
done a great job at helping more people do just that...
But did you know that paleo’s obsession with bacon and copious meat consumption
could be compromising your health?
According to the USDA, Americans ate eating 41% more meat in 2000 than they had
in 1950. And the numbers keep climbing.
And a major 2014 study published in journal Cell Metabolism found a 75% increase
in premature deaths from all causes, and a 400% increase in deaths from cancer
and Type 2 diabetes, among heavy consumers of animal protein under the age of 65
— those who got 20 percent or more of their calories from animal protein.
I’m not saying that eating meat is good or bad – that’s a personal choice – but
you certainly don’t need as much as the food industry has led you to believe.
And a brand new report called The Protein Lie is shaking things up and
disrupting the protein, fitness, and food industries by revealing the unbiased,
science-backed truth about what you really need to know about protein...

You'll uncover the TRUTH to questions like:
…How much protein do I really need?
…What are the best high-protein foods?
…Which protein powder is best?
…Are eggs really healthy for me?
…Can vegans get enough protein and build/maintain muscle?
And many more!
I'd be surprised if this shocking information isn't pulled down by some outraged
protein lobbyists in the very near future, so check it out while you still can.
