Top 3 Reasons Why It's Harder For Older Guys To Get Ripped:

#1. There aren't many workouts designed for us ‘Experienced’ guys.

The 20 something year olds are all about high impact movements with heavy injury sustaining weight that can cause a huge amount of stress on your body. You don’t need these extra stressors in your life, this can cause your fat storing hormones to increase, plus, there is a better way...which I will discuss with you in upcoming conversations.

Let’s take P90X for example. A friend bought this course after hearing a bunch of younger guys rave about it.

And it WOULD have gotten him in shape if he could have done it. But unfortunately, the second workout he did, severely injured his  knees by doing a 180 degree spinning, hopping twist exercise...and this is a pretty common theme.

#2. Diets are causing a decrease in your vital fat burning and muscle building hormones.

Diet is a four letter word that most of us associate with restriction, but I feel it is smarter to associate it with ‘intake.’

Your body needs a healthy intake several times a day so that it does not feel the need to retain excess storage. When your intake is restricted, you’re cutting out nutrients your body needs...including good fats and energy producing carbohydrates, which send the body into survival mode.

When your body goes into survival mode, it halts the fat burning process and contributes to low energy...which leads us to number 3.

#3. Low testosterone.

Even if you have heard of Low T, you may not fully understand the power of testosterone.

To give you an idea...

Testosterone is the essential male hormone that separates males from females. A guy with low testosterone suffers unknowingly to fat storage, low labido, low energy, lack of sleep, lack of focus, the ability to build muscles...and that's just to name a few.

Having good levels of testosterone is HUGE, and since it decreases 1-2% a year beginning in your late 20’s, you don’t notice what's happening until it's so low that you are hardly able to even function... and you may have even been suffering from Low T for so long, that you think the way you feel is normal.

Low testosterone is very unfortunate, but after learning about it, it makes sense why you and I don’t respond like we used to when we go hit the gym.

Testosterone is such an important part of being a man, I could spend a month talking about it…that’s why I'm sharing a free video where they hash out the truth about getting ripped as an older guy:
