Why are the Traps, Abs, Calves & Forearms so 
doggone HARD to GROW?

Regardless of the hours of effort and extreme
weight you're able to move with those muscles,
they seem to just get stronger...but not BIGGER.

What seems IMPOSSIBLE for some comes
seemingly EASY to others but why?

It's true that genetics does play a role in the 
above mentioned body parts but only to a 
certain degree...there MUST be more to it....  

Large guys often have Monstrous calves because
they're walking around at 275 lbs all day long and 
construction workers have Popeye forearms from 
using hammers and lugging around 2x4s all the time.

So what does that TEACH us about "hard to grow"
body parts?
