Stop Crapping Cash

How was your Halloween?
 
I mentioned yesterday...Coach Chris came over
with his family and we went trick-or-treating and
had a sleep over for the kiddies.
 
The kids had a blast.  My two-year old only
had a few pieces of candy.  She's not used to the
sugar and was totally wired for hours past her
bedtime.
 
Ya I know sugar is bad for you....but so is
being a total health freak and never letting your
kid be a kid :)
 
It does remind me that most of us do have 
radically damaged metabolisms from eating
so much boxed and packaged fake foods that
are loaded with chemicals and obesity additives.
 
The result is that when we do eat healthy we're
not able to properly absorb all the nutrients.
