Halloween Workout [Link Fixed]

Over the weekend Coach Chris, Coach A-Train
and I went to Bush Gardens here in Tampa for their
Howl-0-Scream Event.
We splurged and got the speed pass. In just under
two hours we were able to see 5 haunted houses and
go on two of the best roller coasters ever...Sheikra
and Cheetah.
Here's a pic of Anthony and I being goof balls.
We are headed out in a few minutes. Chris is coming over
with his son Kellan later and we're all dressing up as pirates
for some trick-or-treating in my neighborhood.
Both our kids are two so they are best buds.
Before heading home though here's a quick workout I'm about
to do. If you're in a rush and don't have time for the gym
tonight, this is a great bodyweight only workout to do today.
Halloween Bodyweight Workout:
Rest 60-90 seconds between sets. Finish one exercise
before moving on to the next. One time through should
do the trick. (pun intended).
