Who does this guy think he is? <---We all know him

There he is....Mr. ABC...
 
All he likes to do is Abs, Biceps and Chest when he
goes to the gym.  We've all seen this guy.  Not only
does he love to only work the anterior chain muscles,
he always does the same 3 exercises for those body-
parts...Unbelievable! 
 
Does this guy think when he gets older his arms, abs
and chest will get him off the sofa and to the
bathroom???

It's almost like you're waiting for the camera guy to
come out from behind the curtain and say, "You're
on candid camera!"

Okay, enough with the shenanigans....it's time to
focus on doing smart, effective movements that will....

ADD muscle to your frame
BUILD up the deeper layers of the abdominal wall and
CREATE strength and mobility throughout the trunk. 
 
That's what A-B-C should stand for....

Enter the Low Plank with Trunk Rotation.  Not only
does this one exercise get you to fire your entire body
at once, it can replace about 10 other ab exercises
you're currently doing at the gym!
 


With proper technique, you MUST engage the abdomen,
lats, glutes, quads, chest and shoulders too!  I know, I
know, it doesn't seem like something so simple could
effectively get you to fire all of those muscles but if you
want to maintain a sturdy plank with quality torso rotations,
it's a requirement!

Do this for 8, 10 or even 15 reps on one side, break for
a moment (seriously, like 5-10 seconds) and repeat on
the other side. 
 
Do that for 3-4 sets and your abs are done for the day.
