Hit Your Chets in a NEW way...

Published: Fri, 09/13/13

Tomorrow we are wrapping up our family trip to Disney.
We live less than 2-hours away and met some friends
here.  So far we've done, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood
Studios and tomorrow is Epcot.

Coach Chris has been pounding away at the office and
sent me the email below, I wanted to share with ya.

If you don't know Chris and I got Russian Kettlebell
Certified together from Dragon Door and Chris was
looking over their new hard copy book called,
Neuro Mass.

Check out Chris' tip below on how something he
wants to start adding to our personal workouts.

It's on track to become an amazon best seller.
Check it out here:  http://neuromass.dragondoor.com

Keep training hard,

P.S. On a side note:  Our 2.5 year old daughter slept in a
big girl bed for the first time and let me tell you a little kid
sneaking up on you in bed at 3am can be spooky :)
Just ask my wife.

Hey Mike,

I was just skimming through Neuro-Mass by Dragon Door
publications looking for some cool exercises to add to my
routine this week and I really wanted to share this one with you...

A Double Kettlebell Bench Fly

With all of the typical exercises we've been doing
for the past 6 months with kettlebell training, we've
totally missed the boat on some basic lifts that
when done with a kettlebell (or two) add a whole new
dimension to your workout.

Obviously, you and I know how challenging (and humbling)
kettlebell training is...no matter how "strong" you feel
you are, working with a 24kg kettlebell can wear you down
in a hurry...that being said, imagine laying on a flat bench
and using TWO kettlebells in place of dumbbells for your
chest fly work!

Not only does this target the chest and anterior delts,
it makes you work so much harder to control the bells
from the bottom of the movement right up to the top.

You feel your forearms and wrists, your abs, your legs...
all the muscles are firing to create a sturdy and solid
foundation...far more than your standard dumbbell exercise!

Give this a try...maybe start with 16kg and progress to
the 24kg after a few sets.  I love the way I felt during
and afterwards...talk about hitting your CHEST in a
brand new way and adding another amazing exercise
to your chest training arsenal:)

Enjoy Buddy and thanks for sharing Neuro-Mass with me!

Stay Strong,

Chris Wilson
