===================================
Here's a pic of the boyz...Anthony and Coach Chris to
my right.
And here's a pic of the wives/girlfriends.
Personally I do love watching football. I don't watch much TV.
My wife and I watch Walking Dead, Parenthood, Breaking Bad
and Redskins and Patriots games. That's about it.
Things change when you become a parent. It seems like so long
ago that I played in college. That was a really fun time in my life.
One thing you should know about me...I'm not a gifted athlete.
I have a freak back that gives out on me sometimes. I used to get
to practice 40-minutes before everyone else just to stretch.
I"m reading the Purpose Driven Life right now by Rick Warren
and Day 35 talks about how God uses our weaknesses to inspire
others.
So when you look at the collage image below of some of the things
I've been able to accomplish, don't see it as prideful or bragging.
Instead..use this as motivation knowing that I've dealt with back
pain since high school and have never let it stop me from participating
in the things I love to do.
None of the activities pictured above came naturally to me. I was a
walk-on for the football team in college and had a back that would
give out on me on random occasions.
I've thrown my back out lifting heavy at practice and at powerlifting
meets.
meets.
Running a 12-mile adventure race weighing over 230 lbs is no walk
in the park....and Kettlebell training is tough for big guys with muscle
mass and poor mobility.

Here's what I'm trying to share...
Even if your back hurts now...it DOES NOT mean you'll never be able
to do the things you love. Just don't give up.
to do the things you love. Just don't give up.
Ever since I consulted with my friend Rick Kaselj (Injury Specialist)
I have not thrown my back out.
He gave me a simple 10-minute pre workout routine and 10-minute
post workout routine to follow. I simply do this in addition to my
regular workout to strengthen and protect my lower back.
We went ahead and published this product as Fix My Back Pain..
and Rick was cool enough to add in programs for all different kinds
of back injuries.
If you have any kind of back pain at all, I really encourage you to not
let it stand in the way of doing the things you love. Follow Fix My Back
Pain before and after your workout so you can get back to training
full force with 100% intensity.
+ All strength athletes should have this program.
+ All health professionals and trainers should have access
to this as well.
to this as well.

considering surgery this is a way that you can take matters into your hands.
