It's no surprise to any bodybuilding fan that
Arnold Schwarzenegger had some of the best built
muscular arms of all time. Even by today's standards,
Arnold's arms were massive!
One of his "training secrets" that helped him build
those ripped muscular guns was using a special combination
of exercises that worked the muscles from all angles...
