FW: More Spartan Workouts

How was your 4th of July?
I met up with Coach Chris and his family for a day at the
pool with our little ones.
We're so busy "doing" all the time, it's great to take some
time and enjoy some down-time and appreciate the freedoms
we do have.
We didn't work out yesterday, but maybe you had a chance
to try that 21-Minute Spartan workout from Funk Roberts
I sent you on Wednesday?
If you did try it and you've been meaning to pick up a copy
of Spartan Training system, this is just a reminder that today
is the last day of the sale. Price goes up tomorrow.
If you're still on the fence or haven't had a chance to look it
over yet, Funk just put up a video where he gives you a sneak
peek a the entire program.
You should make up your own mind, but in my opinion Funk
is a good coach. He's motivating and I like his background
which consists of MMA workouts, bodyweight training,
kettlebells, plyometrics & speed training.
I like his workouts and he looks a lot better now than he did
when he was a puffy 215 lbs. Being huge and bloated is
definitely not popular anymore...but being ripped and strong
always is!
