Pro Tip: You've Never Done a DB Press Like This!

Until bodybuilding historian Dennis Weis sent me the manuscript
for our new 101 ProBodybuilding Tips resource, I had never
seen this exercise done before.
 
It's called the Y Dumbbell Press Out & Up Movement.
 
 
 
Many of the old school bodybuilders used to use this for deltoid
development.

movement.
 
Pro Tip:  Remember to use a lighter weight than you'd use for
a regular overhead press.
