The Vince Gironda Perfect Barbell Curl (DEMO)

Published: Tue, 07/23/13

I'm not sure if I formally introduced you yet, but the dude standing
to the left of me in the black shirt below is Coach Chris.

He's a high school buddy of mine and he's joined Team Critical
Bench to pump out training content and help out in the Vault
membership site.  I've got a quick story about him for you...

Chris Wilson, Mike Westerdal, Anthony Alayon & Kirsten the Intern

...the other day Chris comes into the office and his tells me his arms
are really sore.  He said they hadn't been this sore in a really long time
and I had to know why.  I didn't even remember him working out the day
before.

It turns out he actually got sore from demonstrating a really cool
exercise from our new, 101 Pro Bodybuilding Tips book called,
The Vince Gironda Perfect Barbell Curl.

Click below to see a demonstration on exactly how to perform this move.

Looking at this exercise you might jump to conclusions and assume this
is bad for your back.  It's not.  I know because my friend and injury specialist
Rick Kaselj, MS was in town last week for the filming of Fix My Back Pain
and he gave it his A-OK.

It may look strange, but the stretch you get is amazing!  It really improves
your range of motion.  Lots of people today cheat themselves on arm growth
by focusing only in the middle range of motion where they are strongest.

When you get a full stretch like this you have to use lighter weight, but it
doesn't take much to stimulate some new growth.

As you can see Chris has some descently sized guns and he's been working
out for 15+ years and this exercise was still new for him and he felt it
big-time.

It's just one of the 101 pro bodybuilding exercises from our new release.

It contains ver 230 pages of muscle pounding exercise tips from the pros
including....Frank Zane, Vince Gironda, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Don Howorth,
Gary Strydom, Lee Haney, Chuck Sipes, Larry Scott, Charles Glass, Dave
Drape
r and dozens more.
