MSG & your hormones

Published: Thu, 07/18/13

As men the older we get the lower our testosterone levels
are drastically falling.

Quite frankly we are at war with outside forces designed
to fill our bodies with toxic chemicals...

One of the most dangerous man made toxins is MSG...

(Monosodium Glutamate - Glutamate is a primary neuro-
transmitter used by our neurons).

This silent little devil is found in all types of so called healthy
foods that you most likely are ingesting every single day.

Actually...

I was shocked when I found out most whey protein is loaded
up with large amounts of it.

Now the big food manufacturers are very secretive...

You will not find MSG anywhere on the labels. But what you
will find if you look closely is 2 ingredients:

Glutamic Acid and its partner in crime Aspartic Acid.

These 2 ingredients are called excitotoxins and are a watered
down version of monosodium glutamate and aspartame.

Ecitotoxins such as MSG in food, and aspartates in diet drinks,
have been shown through scientific studies to cause hormonal
and reproductive abnormalities through puberty and beyond.

Here is more bad news for you...

There is a specific area of the brain that MSG and aspartates
directly effect:

The hypothalamus.

This area of your brain couples together the nervous system and
the endocrine system and is responsible for controlling an immense
number of bodily functions such as stimulating the pituitary gland
to release vital hormones that as a man we hold near and dear to
our hearts.

These hormones which include:

Leutinizing hormone(LH) - This hormone in males is also called
interstitial cell-stimulating hormone that triggers the production of
testosterone.

Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) - FSH regulates the development,
growth, pubertal maturation, and reproductive processes of the body.
FSH and LH work synergistically in reproduction.

Both of these hormone strongly effect the natural production of
testosterone

It is safe to say that anything that contains MSG, excitotoxins, or
aspartates are detrimental to your hormones and should be avoided
at all costs.

So by now you may be asking...

Is it safe to consume Whey Protein?

Yes.

Whey is great for adding lean muscle and burning fat.

Just be sure you purchase a whey that is 100% natural with no artificial
colors, sweeteners, or flavors
.
