Everybody wants huge guns, but nobody knows how to get them.
The problem a lot of people have with their training is that they
focus on the middle of the strength curve where they are the
strongest.
If you can work the muscles on the other ends of the curves you'll
get some amazing results.
Not many people know this stuff. Sounds confusing?
