Check out this interview I did with Anthony Alayon of Team
Critical Bench.  A-Train as I call him used to be a bodybuilder
until he got stuck in an office job.
 
It was all down hill from there as far as his physique and health
were concerned until he figured out a really good way for 
busy people (like us) to get back into the shape we were when
time and responsibilities weren't stacked against us.
 
The best part? It only involves going to the gym 2x's per week.
