Happy Memorial Day :)

Just had a killer workout and got destroyed by a
kettlebell workout.  My kettlebell coach put me
through a finisher circuit consisting of the following.
 
Double-handed swings for 30-seconds
Double-handed cleans for 30-seconds
Double-handed presses for 30-seconds
Squats for 30-seconds
(Don't put the kettlebell down at all!)
2 Pull-ups
2 Turkish Get-Ups per arm.
 
Rest a couple minutes and repeat 3 times.

and headed to a pool party in the neighborhood.
