The Oldest "hard body" I know

Published: Tue, 05/07/13

Two weekends ago I attended a Russian Kettlebell Certification
in Tallahassee FL with Coach Chris Wilson who is a new member
of team Critical Bench here to serve you.

There are some pics on the Critical Bench facebook page of
the testing and Chris' hands that are all ripped up.

Chris is all the way to the left in the gray shirt.  I'm in the blue
shirt behind the dude with the mohawk in the red shirt. (2nd row)

Kettlebells don't usually rip your hands but we were at it from 8am
until 6pm for three days straight.  It wasn't one of those workshops
where you sit and take notes and take a little quiz at the end.

To get RKC certified you have to work hard and earn it.
I'd say it was harder than the Tough Mudder by far.

I was telling my friend Shawna Kaminski about the weekend
and she told me that she dabbles with kettlebells on occassion
and shared a cool fat burning circuit you can do if...

a) You're in a rush and want a quick workout..

or

b)  You want a finisher to do at the end of your regular
workout instead of doing 45-minutes on a cardio machine.

Click the YouTube video below to watch her demonstrate...

KB or DB Swing (35 seconds)
Spiderman Pushups (35 seconds)
Goblet Switch Lunge (35 seconds)
Pull-up (35 seconds)
Sit-out (35 seconds)
Plank (recovery) (35 seconds)

Do 5 rounds with 7 seconds of transition time between exercises.

If you like this video Shawna has high quality follow along HD videos you
where she coaches you every step of the way.  You can access those here.

Even though Shawna is 50 years old, she's literally the oldest hard body I know,
she looks and performs like a woman easily 20 years younger.

Her secrets WORK.

Keep training hard,
