Explosive Muscle Growth (EMG Index)

By my junior year I put on another 30 lbs and got up to 175 lbs.
 
It started getting really hard to put on muscle armor after that.  From
my junior to senior year in high school I only put on another 10 lbs.
 
Tipping the scales at 185 lbs as a senior in high school I could hold
my own at cornerback and wide receiver, but I wanted to be bigger
so I could play linebacker in college.
 
Honestly I was doing the weirdest workouts.  I used to go to the
YMCA next to my house 7-days a week and train every body part
my first few years of high school.  
 
This is a such a bad idea, but it just goes to show you that when you
start off almost anything will work if you are consistent with it.
