How much muscle can you add in 21-days?
Published: Sat, 02/16/13
I just got back from dinner with a group of others from the
Dragon Door Mastermind I'm attending here in San Diego.
Pictured below is a pic of me sitting next to AJ Roberts who
holds a world record total in powerlifting. Our table was in
the kitchen with a view of the water. Not too shabby.
I'm presenting tomorrow for the event so I need to get some sleep,
but wanted to tell you a quick story first.
AJ and I both have something in common. He currently weighs
about 250 lbs and I'm about 225 lbs.
Both of used to be really skinny in high school and had to really
struggle to put on muscle mass.
My freshman of high school I weighed 115 lbs! I was 6 feet tall
and really wanted to gain weight bad so that I'd be a better
football player, not get in as many fights, and attract some female
attention.
It was a battle. Showing my age this was pre-Internet and I would
get my tips from reading the muscle mags. I used to take these
weight gain shakes called Mega-Mass...but struggled bad to gain
weight.
By sophomore year I was able to get up to around 145 lbs. 30 lbs
in a year isn't that bad, but I was still lanky and need to gain more
weight if I wanted to play varsity.
If I would have known about this 21-Day Mass Up Cycle when I
was younger it would have been a dream come true.
Hey don't struggle like I did in high school, check out this article
I just posted for you instead.

junior and senior year and how I did it.
