Tried this bodyweight workout challenge yet?

I'm getting pumped because Dave Ruel aka the Muscle Cook is
getting married in just over a week in the Dominican Republic.
My wife and I will be there and wouldn't miss it for anything.

What I am concerned about though.... is missing a week's worth
of workouts, but my bud Craig Ballantyne (pictured below) has
me covered.

Revolution program including the Challenges he describes below!

Alright, today you're going to:
a) Get a kick out of this
b) Get a great challenge workout
If you've already got the Home Revolution Workout program,
then just go to the Challenge Workout section and open up the
Burpee Challenge workout.
Then watch me get my butt KICKED.
Oh wow, if you've ever cursed my name in a workout, if you've
ever thought I was evil, if you have ever wanted to hunt me down
for what I've done to you in a TT Workout...
...then consider this your PAY BACK.
You will love watching me go through one of the toughest
conditioning challenges that I have ever tried.
(Plus, at 6:31 into the video there is a bit of comic relief, just
before I enter round 5 of punishing burpees.)
The only thing that kept me going was the fact that I was
filming this for YOU.
And so I had to give it my all.
It was worth it.
Although I must say, it certainly helped to have Bri "The High
Energy Guy" Kalakay, CTT, coaching me through this workout.
Isn't he an awesome trainer?
Let me know what you think of this workout. Total up the number
of burpees you do in the 6 rounds and see if you beat me.
I'm sure you'll agree this is one of the toughest workouts
(in terms of conditioning) that you've ever done.

It was actually designed by Shawna Kaminski, the Pull-Up Queen.
She sure knows how to embarrass me. First in a pull-up contest,
and now with this workout.
I've never done anything like that before. Whew! Boy was I glad
to be done that one, but I felt so amazing for the rest of the day.
Natural workout high all day long!
That might be my favorite program in the Home Workout Revolution
