Today was a good day.  We had two kids birthday parties today.
 
Stay with me for a second, this does concern you and you'll benefit

Here's a pic of myself and Craig Ballantyne...who just recently
released Home Workout Revolution....but more on that another day.
 
 
 
We were chatting about biz and workouts while the kids were 
riding ponies and playing with rabbits.
