I was at Joel Marion's house for the Super Bowl on Sunday along
with a bunch of other fitness people.
 
A buddy of mine Jason Ferruggia is a hardcore Giants fan and I"m
a Redskins fan so we smack talk each other the entire season.  
 
Since both our teams had been eliminated from playoff contention
long ago we could be around each other during the big game without
any issues :)
 
I got to meet his wife Jen for the first time as well.  She's pictured
below.

3.A lof of the diet programs are too difficult to follow (cutting out
carbs is too much for most).
