This past Saturday night my wife and I went to a Christmas

There were some big names in fitness attending including 

pro bodybuilder Ben Pakulski pictured below with me.

P.S.  The Christmas party was fun but the best part was that every-
body bought stuff for a raffle and we were able to raise a few thousand
dollars for charity to help kids with cancer.  Awesome.
