I want to personally thank you for all of your support in 2012.

It's been an amazing year and we have so much to look forward to.

 

If it wasn't for you, Critical Bench wouldn't exist and I wouldn't

be able to wake up each day excited to go to work and share

this health and strength journey with you.

 

Thank you for that! Thank you for allowing me to serve you with

my God given passion.  I feel very blessed.

 

 

 

Speaking of God, I hope you and your family had a very Merry

Christmas.  My family and I had a great time celebrating the birth

of Jesus.

 

This was only our 2nd Christmas staying in Florida.  Usually we

visit my wife's family in Massachusetts but traveling with a toddler

can be tricky and we wanted to start some of our own traditions

together.

 

Our 20-month old daughter didn't quite understand opening 

presents, but she does know that Santa says Ho-ho-ho and she

had a blast at the Christmas Eve service at our church getting

wired on candy canes and cookies. (Yes we let her have
cookies on Christmas...geeesh :)

The point of this email wasn't to bore you with my Christmas 

adventures..
