A lot of us big benchers struggle with pull ups.  Shawna can
do 20 + pull ups and she's a mother of two.  She's not a 100 lb
tooth pick either (actually that would be a really heavy tooth pick),
she has competed in bodybuilding so you can take her tips seriously.
