couple years ago I was setting personal records in the bench
press while competing in powerlifting, but a nagging shoulder
injury put my progress to a screeching halt.

limited in what kind of workouts I could perform pain free.
That's when I found myself caught in a vicious cycle that
Shoulder Injury Specialist Rick Kaselj, MS has coined,
"The Traditional Shoulder Pain Cycle".
