If you're an athlete or coach this message is for you.
Whether you're a youth, high school, college or pro athlete
the last injury you want to get is an ACL tear. Trust me I
have first hand experience.
This may not be at the top of your mind right now, because
lets face it, if you're like me you might have the tendency
to ignore things until it's too late. Don't do that this time.
When it comes to your sports training program I highly
suggest you add some deceleration training to what you're
doing.
