gain 25 lbs of muscle mass (and get ripped!)

Most people think that when they put on 25 lbs of "mass"
they're going to get bulky and put on a lot of fat in the
process.
 
And it's true, that can happen.  But it doesn't have to be
the case.
 
Just ask my friend Hugo Rivera.  He lives near me here
in the Tampa Bay area and he was personally able to 
put on tons of muscle mass all while developing washboard
abs at the same time.
