2 Types of Muscle Growth

There are 2 different types of muscle growth.
The first is called Myofibrillar Hypertrophy.
This type of muscle is much stronger and denser.
You achieve this kind of muscle with heavy
weights and lower reps.
The other type of muscle growth is called
Sacroplasmic Hypertrophy. It's a bloated muscle
that's soft and not actually use full besides looking
good.
Below you'll see a picture to show you what I mean.
If you already have the size you want and you'd rather
focus on building dense strong muscle you should put your
efforts toward Myofibrillar hypertophy.
