Building Muscle Armor (article/workout)

Lots of coaches and athletes don't realize that there is benefit
to bodybuilding or hypertrophy training to grow muscle mass.
 
Personally I call it building "Muscle Armor" if you play sports
like football.
 
Why?  Simple, because if you don't have some meat on your
bones you are going to get banged around while getting bruised
and battered.
