How to perform a (HIIT) session

Published: Wed, 05/02/12

Today I want to share with you an insanely effective fat loss technique
from my Critical Ripped Program.  It's called...

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Recent studies have suggested this type of cardio burns the most calories
not only during the training but the increased calories burning continues
throughout the day and up to twenty-four hours!

So what is HIIT? It is not very difficult. An example follows. It is a period
of very high intensity cardio followed by an equal period of low intensity
cardio, in a repetitive cycle for the duration of your cardio session.

Weeks 1-5 should involve one HIIT session, while weeks 6-8 should
involve two HIIT sessions.

EFX Machine (Eliptical or Cross Trainer) Example:
(Include a warm-up and cool down.
Follow this cycle for a 45-minute routine.)

Try that first thing in the morning before breakfast or do it at
the end of your weight training session later in the day.

That's just one awesome tip from the Critical Ripped Program
which you can get for free when you order a copy of my training
partner Joel Marion's Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.
