I'm forwarding you a video I just uploaded to YouTube.
It's an interview with Chandler Marchman about matching
looks with performance so that you get the best of strength
and muscle definition with your training. This is what
Chandler calls being "Swole".
He also goes on to explain how he modified a version
of Westside Training by adding 5-10 minute fat loss finishers
to every workout along with some hypertrophy training.
Anyway just watch the video :) It's all explained. And if
I didn't cover anything you were wondering about just post
