I'm headed out the door on the way to the beach to
meet up with some guys and girls that were in town for
Lean Hybrid Muscle Certification that we held yesterday.
Before I leave I wanted to share this video with you that
I uploaded on Friday night before I forget.
Tips for the 225 Bench Press Reps Test
The youtube video was filmed at Chandler Marchman's
gym in Tampa called Elite Strength & Conditioning also
known as the Man Cave :)
His friends call him MANdler and he's obsessed with
the word Swole...which I'll tell you more about later.
