training with aches and pains?

in Europe I know what it's like to train with aches and pains.
What I have personally experienced though, is that when I focus on
mobility work along with a regular stretching routine my body feels
and performs so much better. Old issues just stay away.
Even after these injuries, I've continued pushing my body to the limit
to compete in powerlifting and enter 12-mile long adventure races.

The main reason my body is holding up for all of this, is because I
spend just a few minutes each day doing a combination of both static
and dynamic stretching exercises that you can find in Yoga for Strength.
Obviously if you stay healthy and feeling good you're going to get
more muscle and strength gains, that's common sense.
If you're like me you just want to spend a few minutes per day to
fix
imbalances, prevent injuries, and increase your range of motion
so you
can build more lean muscle."
