PR7 (a workout booster that actually works)

Published: Fri, 04/13/12

This email is only for serious athletes and workout freaks.

Last week I told you I would be trying the new strength/
endurance supplement from Prograde called PR7.

I need to keep using it for a few more weeks to give you
my final verdict, but yesterday I tried it before my
conditioning workout and I felt great.

The workout I did had lots of sprints, circuits, and
rounds with resistance.  What I found from taking PR7
before the workout was that I recovered much faster
between exercises than I usually do.

If you want to take the plunge and give it a try here's
where you can get some.

Now don't mix this stuff up with energy drinks or those
4-hour energy shots because PR7 does not contain
caffeine or artificial stimulants.

Hey I know so far I like it, but if you want to research
the ingredients and learn more about the science...

....here's where you can get that info.

Gotta run, I'll talk to you soon.  I'm headed out to go
to an Orlando Magic game tonight.

Last night I saw Kevin James perform a comedy show. I'll
fill you in on that later....

Keep training hard,

P.S.  I"m going to try another PR7 before heading out
to the game to see how I feel from it when I'm not working
out.  It's been a long week and I could use a natural boost.

P.P.S. I haven't tried it before a max effort training session
but my friend Nick Nilsson has and his deadlift went up without
changing anything else!
