1 Thing Most People NEVER Do In The Gym

They say if you want to be successful at anything in life you should
see what most people are doing and do the opposite.
 
When it comes to working out this is the one thing I rarely see
people doing at the gym.
 
More people should be doing it though since it has the following
benefits for you:

-Prevents Injuries
-Corrects Imbalances
-Stimulates New Muscle Fibers
-Assists You in Muscle & Strength Gains
 
By now you should know what I'm talking about.  What you
might not know is that you don't need to spend a half hour per
day on it.  In fact, just a few minutes per day will do you wonders!
