Post Workout Banana Bread?

I am having a great day and I wanted to share with you the
awesome and tasty post workout meal responsible for my
good mood! :)

After my strongman style workout this afternoon, I made myself
a delicious Banana Bread Shake!

I took this recipe from my good friend Dave Ruel's
Anabolic Cooking Cookbook:

The cool thing about this recipe is that you can make it at
different times during the day:

- For Breakfast
- Pre-Workout, about an hour before you hit the gym
- Post-workout

Makes 1 Shake

Banana Bread Shake
from Anabolic Cooking

Ingredients

- 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (cooked in water)
- 1/2 Cup Bran Flakes
- 350ml of Water
- 30g of Dextrose (Only if consumed Post-Workout)

Directions

Blend and Enjoy!

Protein: 56g
Carbohydrates: 64g (34g if no Dextrose)
Fat: 2g
